Have you thought about aligning your brand with healthy, motivated, hardworking young people?
Our swimmers need your local business support to thrive.
Why support Northcote Swim Club?
Northcote Swim Club has existed in one form or another for well over 50 years. We are proud of our strong history as a community-based club for competitive swimming in the Darebin community.
When your business supports the Club you aren’t just supporting our young swimmers to develop their competitive swimming skills, endurance and technique. You are supporting a life-long love of a healthy lifestyle; you are supporting their mental health through their school years; and you are supporting their personal growth as they confront and overcome challenges to achieve their goals.
Members and past members of the Northcote Swim Club are also the lifeguards, swimming teachers, and swimming coaches – current and future. They develop empathetic mentoring skills as they support younger swimmers, as well as a strong commitment to their broader community.
In short, our swimmers are the kind of healthy, considerate and motivated young people you want your brand to be associated with.
What will we do with your contribution?
The club needs a financial support for a number of reasons:
- To help us develop a multi-year strategic plan.
- To help us advance-purchase Club uniforms (caps, t-shirts, hoodies etc.)
- To help us replace, maintain and engrave Club trophies.
- To help us support swimmers with interstate competitions.
- To help us cover the mundane cost of “keeping the lights on”.
- To help us upgrade our website to meet the needs of a growing club.
What’s the benefit to your business?
Other than a very warm inner glow…
- Your logo on the Club website.
- Your logo on signage at Club fundraising events.
- Your logo on signage at Club nights.
- Your logo on signage at Club-hosted inter-club competitions.
- Special mentions on TeamApp.
- A thank-you card signed by our swimmers.
- An invitation to our Annual Club Awards event.
What we can’t do
We’re keen to do everything we can. There are limits though…we are not able to:
- Offer “naming rights” for the Club.
- Include business logos on club uniforms (although an exception might be for event-specific, time-bound uniform items).
- Compromise our values or those of the City of Darebin or Clublinks (NARC management).
- Support or show alignment to politically-driven causes or organisations.
- Offer permanent signage within the venue.
